Returns and Refunds
I prefer happy customers! If your item does not meet your expectations; you may return it for a refund. I offer a full refund, minus shipping costs. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase; please contact me so you can receive instructions for a return shipping and a refund.
Please notify me and start your refund within 7 days from receiving your item.
US- Items purchased within the US must be returned within 14 days. The item/items must be packed in the manner they were shipped (i.e. type of packing, type of mail service, and insured). In addition a tracking number must be provided.
International- Please notify me and start your refund within 7 days from receiving your item of your intent to return. International shipping takes longer so please provide a tracking number longer . It may take over 30 days for returns to reach me. I will allow extra time as needed and it will be based on the information shown with the tracking number. All item/items must be packed in the manner they were shipped (i.e. type of packing, type of mail service, and insured). Return costs will be paid by buyer unless there is an error in the listing. The best outcome is for my buyers to be happy even if they return and item and I will work towards that goal.
On this website all US shipping is complimentary. For International shipping; please contact me for a quote. I do reduce the International shipping fees by the amount a package would cost for US shipping.
