An antique sterling silver cheese scoop with gilt washed bowl. The large impressive scoop is worked with shell and bell-flower motifs. Created by Dominick & Haff and retailed by Theodore B Star. Dominick & Haff was an American silver manufacturer located in New York City. It was co-founded by Henry Blanchard Dominick and Leroy B. Haff (1872-1928). The beautiful script monogram appears to be GHL.
