About This Piece

An eye-catching vintage pottery string holder in the form of a brightly painted fox head by Babbacombe Pottery of Devon. A hole above the nose holds scissors and one just below the nose dispenses string — perfect for garden twine or as a kitchen companion for cooking twine. Mr. Fox can rest on the counter or be hung on a wall from the holder on the reverse. Scissors and twine are not included.
