An early 19th-century French silver tea caddy spoon, embellished with bright-cut engraving of a drapery valance in the bowl and further bright-cut engraved work along the handle, including a monogram of "MT". A refined and collectible piece for the serious tea silver enthusiast.

French, early 19th century. Marked for Paris, with guaranty mark and 2nd titre mark for .800 silver. Maker’s punch currently being researched.
