An antique set of six French sterling silver lamb cutlet holders (manches à côtelettes), c. 1900, with original presentation box. The clamp holds the bone while the diner holds the silver handle — keeping hands clean and dining elevated. Decorated with shells and small flowers in the Louis XV style, the six holders have a soft warm patina. Pure French, pure luxury. Maker’s mark currently being researched.
