A fine English sterling silver and enamel pill box, Birmingham 1929, by Adie Brothers Ltd. Creamy white guilloché enamel has been hand-painted with a vibrant scene of a black Scottish Terrier — blue skies giving way to deeper blue water, the Scottie’s fur highlighted with accents of chocolate brown. Gilt wash on the interior. Perfect as a pill box or a distinguished addition to an enamel box collection. A delight for any Scottie lover.

Condition
Enamel painting excellent. Minor surface scratches to the glass. Tiny dings on the silver surrounding the enamel and several around the sides of the box — all taken into consideration in the pricing.
