About This Piece

An antique French sterling silver asparagus server by Emile Puiforcat, Paris, c. 1900, with original presentation box. The delicate server features pierced work of acanthus scrolls, foliage, and a crest or shield — Puiforcat perfection with a warm patina acquired over time. A superb gift for the collector who has almost everything, from one of the most respected French silversmiths. Puiforcat joined the Hermès group in 1993.
