A French sterling silver egg cup with three resting on three legs. The cup has Rocaille micmotifs including a medallion that has not been monogrammed. The top of the egg cup is designed with a broken shell motif. A perfectly elegant way to enjoy one’s breakfast egg.
French, C 1900, Marked with the French Minerve mark for first standard .950 (used after 1838) along with the maker’s punch which is being researched.
Measurements; 2” high X 1 5/8” diameter, weight 34 grams
Condition Report; Very good, normal surface micro marks and 2 small dings all in accordance with age and use.
