A set of twelve French sterling silver and vermeil coffee/tea spoons with presentation case. Acanthus leaves and delicate floral blossoms decorate the spoons. Elegant and beautiful…ready to grace your table.
The set is in very good condition and worthy of being given as a wedding or anniversary gift.
French, Parisian maker Pierre Queillé 1834-1846 and bears his mark which is a P and Q with a spade in the middle. Also marked with the Minerva 1st Titre mark which lets us know the set was made between 1838 (which is when this mark came into use) and 1846, when Louis Philippe was King of France.
Measurements; spoons 5 ¾ ” long, widest part of spoons 1 ¼”, Box, 6 3/8” long X 5 1/4” wide, 1 ½” deep, 322 grams total weight of spoons.
Condition report; very good condition, box has some slight scuff marks but opens and closes securely
