English Sterling Silver Tableware-Name Card Holders

Antique sterling silver place card holder or menu holder in the form of a fox. The holder was hallmarked for 1913 and the makers' mark is for Hamilton & Inches. The company was founded by Robert Kirk Inches and his uncle, James Hamilton in 1866. The company is still in business today offering silver for the table and wedding gifts among other items. Perfect for a Hunt breakfast or luncheon, the fox menu holder could also be used to hold business cards, photos, or other small cards.
