About This Piece

A French sterling silver egg cup by the renowned Maison Christofle, in a crisp and classic design set on a raised stepped round base with two bands around the top. The cup appears to have been used very seldom and is in exceptional condition — a wonderful gift straight from the box.

Sterling silver egg cups are wonderfully versatile beyond the breakfast table — use them to hold small items in the bath, serve chocolates or mints, or display a tiny floral arrangement (with a paper cup to protect the silver).
