A vintage Christofle silver plate food dome, French circa 1940, crafted in a classic round form and finished with an ornate floral finial. Classic with an extra touch. Originally designed for refined dining service, the cloche is ideal for covering a plated dish, presenting cheese or serving dessert.
Stamped Christofle along the edge, the piece reflects the quality of one of France's most renowed silversmiths.
Measurements; 9 1/2" in diameter and 6" high
Condition Report; Very good, some tarnish around the finial, presence of scratches and a tiny dent, all in accordance with age and use
