A pair of antique English porcelain dessert serving plates with handles, lavishly gilt-decorated with a leaf pattern and rope-style bows on each handle. A perfect pair that will work beautifully with many English and French patterns.
Hallmarks & Provenance
English, c. 1870. Bearing English registration marks for the year 1868, with the number 5857 applied to each plate.

Condition
Very good. No chips or cracks noted. One plate shows more wear to the gilt bows than the other, as seen in the photographs.
