A fine English silver plate biscuit box with footed gallery tray by Walker & Hall, Sheffield, c. 1900. The oval box features engraved bands on the top and bottom, engraved work on the lid, and a distinctive star-shaped finial that adds considerable character. Marked "A1" — Walker & Hall’s designation for their best quality silver plate.

Condition
